The Issacs Farm, a 62 acre parcel of property in Georgetown, Delaware, was purchased by Highway One and annexed into the town of Georgetown, as was the 17 acre Short Farm. This resulted in a 79 acre project comprised of 50+ acres of commercial property fronting over 250 residential units. The property sits on the west side of Delaware Rt.113 and is situated between Rts. 9 and 404.
